Do you want to cloth diaper but get no support from people around you?  Is hubby diaper challenged?  Maybe you have a well intentioned in-law that thinks you are just plain nuts!  Don't be discouraged!  You can win them over with some really cute AIO's and in no time at all they will be on board right along with you. 

     Break it to them gently!  Don't insist that everyone use the cloth diapers all the time.  You can use them on baby around the house and if others feel more comfortable about using disposables, gently remind them that you are trying to cut down on waste and would prefer that they use the cloth.  Try to get them to voluntarily commit to cloth diapering first.  Remember that honey catches my bees than vinegar so try to sweeten them up first.  Remember to use positive reinforcement too.  Whenever someone takes the cloth option over the disposable be sure to say something positive like, "You did a great job putting that diaper on!  Thank you so much!"
